Leadership Experiences

My Story
As the Founder and President of Aquarius Wellspring, a non-profit organization focused on providing clean water to underserved communities, I embarked on a mission to achieve the UN’s SDG on Clean Water and Sanitation. The journey wasn’t easy, but it taught me the true essence of leadership—vision, determination, and the power of collaboration. I successfully organized fundraising programs, including charity concerts, and raised over 5,000 USD to fund the project. By collaborating with manufacturing workshops, we developed sustainable atmospheric water generators, which were distributed to over 100 children in the mountainous regions of Kon Tum. This initiative not only provided them with daily access to clean water but also created lasting community impact.

In addition to water projects, I spearheaded the Cancer Patient Support Campaigns, where I organized the "Colors of Love Fundraising Exhibition" to support pediatric cancer patients. Through the power of art, music, and community engagement, we raised 50 million VND, offering much-needed medical support for children in need. This event reflected my ability to connect people, create empathy, and drive action for a meaningful cause.
My leadership also extended to organizing the Christmas Concert of Love for over 100 pediatric cancer patients, where I coordinated over 10 performances and interactive games, spreading warmth during the holidays. Through these experiences, I learned that leadership is not just about guiding others—it’s about inspiring and uplifting those around you, making meaningful connections, and always striving to make a difference.

As the Head Organizer & Performer of the "No9 Show of Tinh Ca Ngay Ay Va Bay Gio" concert, I worked closely with Dr. Vu Minh Duc to raise funds for underprivileged patients. I collaborated with over 20 performers, managed logistics, and ensured a smooth event. We raised $8,000 through ticket sales and donations, which directly supported those in need. My saxophone solo added an emotional touch, and the event was broadcast on Ho Chi Minh City Television, spreading its message to a larger audience. This experience deepened my understanding of leadership, emphasizing the power of uniting people for a meaningful cause.

At British International School, I am also the College University Guidance Ambassador, where I facilitate connections between students and college representatives, helping them navigate academic and career opportunities. This role has enhanced my organizational and interpersonal skills, as I work to foster a supportive network that empowers students to achieve their goals.
