Research & Start-up

This section showcases my passion for both innovation and research. As the founder of Recycle Pen Services, a start-up focused on reducing plastic waste through pen recycling, I’ve led initiatives to raise environmental awareness and generate funds for clean water projects. In addition, my research on smart banking behavior and involvement in international invention competitions have further honed my skills in solving real-world problems through creative solutions and data-driven insights.

Research

I conducted research on factors influencing smart banking usage among students in Ho Chi Minh City, under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh The Hung. Additionally, I contributed to several award-winning competition projects, including financial fraud detection and AI in corporate efficiency.

The pen recycling project aimed to reduce plastic waste and raise environmental awareness by collecting and reusing old pens to create creative products.

  • Developed a business plan to raise investment capital from family business.

  • Collection points were established at schools, offices, and public spaces, resulting in the collection of over 10,000 pens after more than a year of operation.

  • Partnered with over 50 organizations and companies to run large-scale pen collection campaigns, raising community awareness.

  • Collaborated with recycling facilities to ensure eco-friendly practices.

  • Developed and sold new pens made from recycled materials and raised over $1000, donated to support the Aquarius Wellspring clean water project.
